An excellent cafe managed by a couple. As advertised by another person, I tried the cheesecake as recommended by the husband. It tastes delicious! It’s got a different taste compared to usual cheese cake and it is NOT as sugary as most! Also had the curry rice and the black coffee!

A worthwhile place to go to. Fyi, the couple has a strong Japanese ethics code. Another large group of 6 people arrive and they close immediately so as not to cause delay to...

One of the best sandwiches (ham + cheese + tomatoes + basil) I had in years. Excellent coffee and smoothie. Gâteau Chocolat was also good but seemed a bit less sweet for my taste. The price is very reasonable (sandwich + smoothie for ¥1,100, cake + coffee for ¥700). All food are handmade and the coffee is roasted in house. The owner are friendly and greet you with a big smile. The vibe is cozy and comfortable. Must visit if you’re...

As this area is dominated by big resort hotels, it's surprisingly hard to find a good independent coffee shop. I was glad to run into this place, run by a couple, and they roast their own coffee! I liked the coffee(tried both iced and hot) and their cake was nice too. I liked sitting by the windows and see the world go by as it was snowing heavily outside. Good place to rest and recharge while you're walking...

As this area is dominated by big resort hotels, it's surprisingly hard to find a good independent coffee shop. I was glad to run into this place, run by a couple, and they roast their own coffee! I liked the coffee(tried both iced and hot) and their cake was nice too. I liked sitting by the windows and see the world go by as it was snowing heavily outside. Good place to rest and recharge while you're walking around the lake!
