If your going as a single person, the all you can eat is not an option. Anyways I order a la cart since I wanted Peking duck. Legit one of the worst Peking ducks I have ever had (might be worth if it’s all you can eat) but basically they gave me more lean meat than skin (which was soggy in duck fat). The other dishes I had order were mediocre so basically they serve you all you can eat food, even if you pay for a la cart. Basically my bill was 9200¥ ($61 usd). If you’re a foreigner the menu price isn’t what they charge you. This I don’t mind but for $61 i could easily get good food in the US for one person which is the reasoning for the 1 star. Like if you’re going to charge me US price, the food better be good/decent and not trash. Come here if you’re doing all you can eat, if not don’t even bother. Again this review base on an la cart, not all you can eat. Also place was dead on a Saturday (today as I write this review) so I don’t know if that says a lot. Normally businesses are dead...
Read moreWe came here at around 12:30 on Sunday and were seated right away. We chose the all you can eat option (~3000yen on the weekend). The food we tried was delicious! Our favorites were the mapo tofu, the xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), the spare ribs, and of course the duck. If you are hungry, it’s a good value. And the dessert buffet was a plus :) The coconut mousse and the jellies were yummy. Be warned, the staff may not speak any English. We were lucky that one person did (the manager’s son?), so we could choose the right option. But after that, it wasn’t necessary since you can point to photos in the menu. It helps to know the names of some dishes, or be able to...
Read moreOk for less than 2000+ yen, you could have like 8 dishes including dessert is a steal in my opinion. Authentic Chinese food but not the top notch. Acceptable for the quantity you get. I got Peking duck, steam chicken, mapo tofu, fried rice, soup dumplings , stew soup , sweet sour pork, dessert. I almost collapsed for the amount of food I eat. Too bad I do not have bigger stomach to go for the buffet. Just below 4000 yen . Definitely worth for money if you look for variety and value. Ordering of their steam barbeque buns is discouraged by me, it consists of more buns and...
