Update at the bottom from 8/18/24. No different than the regular Hubs, except that it has a long narrow patio extending along the length of the tavern. Out there you can smoke and it has an awning so there is cover. The tables are pretty small so you can't put very much more than 2-3 drinks and one or two small plates on them. Inside is typically crammed with tables and chairs and when it's even a bit full, navigating through can be a chore. If you are a big person, be prepared to bump into lots of people and vice versa. It can easily piss one off if one is constantly feeling like a pinball. The usual staple cocktails, beers and mixed drinks are on the menu maybe a tad more expensive than at Hubs, and you can use your Hub member's card. The men's room is the typical claustrophobia-inducing size: can't take two steps without running into something and only two people at a time can use it. It's not a bad place for a quick drink and the staff seem courteous. Usually the wait for drinks isn't long but they could bus the tables a bit more often as I had to put all the used plates and glasses on an empty table because I got tired of waiting for someone to come out and take them away. The outdoor area is what I liked best, especially if the weather is mild like it was when I visited. Nice to be able to sit outdoors after spending the better part of the day inside an office. ####Added 7/27/24 The place was packed and the air-conditioning was great last night but on the terrace, it was sweltering. They have heaters out there for when it's cold during winter and they need to add some fans for summer. If one was positioned above or on the railing at the far end and another in the middle or toward the close end (front), it could really alleviate the suffering. The staff were massively cooperative as I changed seat several times last night. Kudos to them. Added 8/18/24 Wow! I had been there once since I posted about the heat on the terrace but did not sit on that side. Where I sat was at the front entrance and it was fairly comfortable. The staff did their usual outstanding service. Sat inside for a while last night then decided to go outside to smoke. I was pleased to see fans on both ends working really well to alleviate the heat. 横浜では珍しくラグビー放送してくれる店。 ラグビーバーがなくなったのでありがたい。

82だけあってお酒も拘っており、 今時珍しいリアルエール(HUBエールのリアルエール)が飲めます。 かなり美味いです。

ラグビーを放送する割に音量がめちゃめちゃ小さいのがマイナス店です。聞こえ難いくらい… もう少し大きくしてくれたら星プラス1です。

副店長があまりに感じが悪いので星を下げます。

入店後画面が見やすい席に座ろうと、ここでいいですか？と聞いたら「ダメです」と言われました。

そもそもダメですって言い方もありえないと思うのですが、 その後奥に座っていたら、別の方を座らせていました。

そちらのほうが見やすいので、なんで私はダメなんですか？と聞くと「状況が変わったので。移動してもいいですよ」と言われました。

そもそも最初ダメと言ってその後に変わったのなら、こちらいかがですか？くらいの声掛けはしろよと思います。

非常に不快な思いをしました。 定期的にイベント時に通ってますが、他行きます。

ほんとに最近はHUBも接客が良くない店舗が増えましたね。 株主としても心配な限り。

テーブルが小さく、スペースを節約したいということは理解しています。 しかし、3 人が同じ食事を注文してプレートを保存する場合は、それらの食事を同じプレートに 2 つ置き、少なくとも顧客にそのことを伝えます。 私はアメリカ人ですが、ここで皆さんがどのように行動しているのか理解できません。 食べ物をテーブルに持ってきたら、その旨を伝えてください。 だから、決して来ない食べ物を待っているわけではありません。

I understand that the tables are small and you want to save room. But if 3 people order the same meal and to save plate, you put two of those meals on the same plate, then at least tell this to the customer. I'm American, I don't understand how you all do things here. so when you bring the food to the table, then tell us that. so we're not waiting for food that is...
