I arrived around 19:45, and I was very disappointed with the food quality. The dishes were honestly not good, and I feel compelled to share this experience.
By 20:00, they had turned off the food warmers and stopped bringing out new dishes. The photo I took reflects the situation at that time.
The staff had also started cleaning up, which gave the impression that they were no longer welcoming guests.
Frankly, they shouldn’t have been accepting customers at that point. I sincerely hope they make improvements, as this level of quality is unacceptable. I’ve never encountered such poor standards in Japan before—it’s truly disappointing....

Read moreDisappointing. Don't go here! We went to this place expecting to find nice seafood. Nothing as far from it, the staff doesn't care about you and they demand for upfront payment at the entry. Felt wierd but obliged, once we seated I understood why, the server explained the Crab is not all you can eat and they brought us a miserable 7 legs per person. The food had some hidden gems, like some of the pasta, but overcooked fish and undercooked pizza was all over the place, I even had to eat frozen avocado which was just out from the fridge and probably store bought. An utterly defeat... Hope the owner reads my advice and shuts...
