I recently dined at Nakame no Teppen, nestled within the iconic landmark Tower. The service was impressively prompt and exuded a warm friendliness that added to the overall dining experience. Our culinary adventure led us to explore a delightful range of grilled meats and seafood as well as fresh vegetables, and sashimi. I’ve been going here since I moved to Yokohama. It’s one of my favorite restaurants.

It’s a great place to go with friends to enjoy tapas. There is a good list of sake. My favorite thing is the “appetizer” which consists of a bunch of super delicious fresh veggies with anchovy sauce. The tomatoes are always so delicious - some of the best I’ve ever tasted.

I love the chicken meatballs and grilled asparagus. The grilled mackerel is so delicious and a favorite of all of the guests I bring here.

【なかめのてっぺん ＠みなとみらい】

先日、嫁とみなとみらいをぶらぶらしていたところ、ランドマークプラザのシン・ウルトラマンの超大型バルーンを発見し、興奮しつつ写真いっぱい撮りました。 で、その地下に『みらい横丁』というレストランエリアがあったので、そちらで夕食をとることに。

いろんなお店がありましたが、『なかめのてっぺん』を発見。 横浜にも出店してたんですね。 一度行ってみたいお店だったし、活気もあり楽しそうな雰囲気に迷わず入店。 ちょうど炉端焼きの前のカウンターが空いていてラッキーでしたが、ほぼ満席で繁盛してましたね。

お店入店時に本日のおススメの食材を目の前に説明してくれて早くも涎が出てきます。 注文は最近流行りのQRコードをスマホで読み込んでオーダーするスタイルです。 店員さん呼ばなくてもいいので便利ですよね。

今回、おススメ含めアラカルトで色々いただきました。

◆浜焼き鯖 メインディッシュです。 この迫力伝わりますかねぇ。 一尾丸々使うので焼き上がるまで30分ほど時間がかかるということで最初に注文しました。 目の前の網の上でじっくり焼いているのを見ながら他の料理を摘まむのも至福の時間です。 いざ出てきた鯖は、じっくり熱が通っていてホクホク＆ジューシーな身がたまりませんね。 血合いも含めて全部美味しくいただきました。
