Overview Serve beef tongue and steak Quite empty during dinner time Not soft and tender as I expect

During dinner time, only a few customers are inside the restaurant and easy to get a seat.

The set course in general includes beef tongue / steak, white rice and soup. The thick cut beef tongue was not as thick and tender as I expect. A little bit dry. Perhsps the cut is too thin and may not be the premier part. The beef tongue is not salty compared to a similar restaurant at Tokyo.

As the beef tongue / steak are charcoal grilled, both sides are slightly brown in colour. Good smell and nice cooking.

Both thin and thick cut of beef tongue are quite average and do not give me any surprises. Prices are slightly at the high side...

I really love the thick, firm texture from biting, with it's juicy rich taste right fresh from it's grill, long lineup usually is expected around meal time, to me it worth the wait. I bought a 6 piece ox/beef tongue set. The taste is very unique and somewhat delicious. However, it is very chewy. I got tired of eating it after the 4th piece. It is also quite expensive. I paid about 3500+ yen for the set.

I dont think this was worth it. Maybe if you wanted to try beef tongue, order a smaller...
