Sushiro Yokohama Tsuruyacho Store — Restaurant in Yokohama

A newer branch of the sushiro chain. Located near the JR station (advice: make sure to leave at the right exit, it will save you a lot of time and leg work) - once you exit the recommended exit, go up the bridge on the right of the exit - that will lead you directly to the restaurant.

The restaurant was on the newer side with the big wide touchscreens for ordering - so you can have 2 people ordering at the same time. The only downside is that if theres more than 2 people, the other people will have to stand to click on the screen or swap seats.

In terms of hygiene, it's definitely not as clean as what you'd expect a japanese restaurant, but it's not exactly dirty either. The waiting area has a few bench seats, but not many. waiting area is quite small in general - advice is to grab a ticket and then come back or download the app - make sure to go into the store and "check-in" on the screen after you make an app reservation.

Food wise - for the raw stuff, sometimes it can be a hit or miss, but in general, it's pretty decent, especially at that price point. Cooked sushi range is also available and plenty. Ramen/noodles/fried...
