Steak Dome is located on the top, ninth floor of the Sompo Japan Bashamichi Building, which is considered one of Yokohama’s first historic landmarks. Built in 1922, the structure blends elements of modern architecture of the time while preserving the classic facade of an earlier era. Steak Dome is one of the oldest establishments in the Seryna group, so it was only natural that I wanted to visit. The atmosphere is unique—the combination of the building’s history and the elegant interior creates a truly special feeling. The lobster was absolutely outstanding, and watching the chef prepare everything right in front of me on the teppan was mesmerizing.

ランチタイムに行きました。 Bランチ　和牛 サーロイン　2860円（税別） 梅酒またはジュース 焼野菜 サラダ 和牛サーロインステーキ ガーリックライスまたはライス 味噌汁／香の物 コーヒーまたは紅茶 を注文。ジュース、ガーリックライスとコーヒーを選択しました。ガーリックライスは大盛も出来ますとのことで大盛でお願いしました。ジュースはぶどうジュースが出てきました。サラダはドレッシングが美味かったですね。この日の和牛は宮崎牛とのことでした。肉の焼き方はミディアムレアでお願いしました。ガーリックライスを鉄板で炒めた後に肉を焼いておりました。焼きあがったステーキは陶板の上に乗せられて固形燃料の入った台の上に置かれました。「横浜瀬里奈　ステーキドーム」では客席と鉄板の高さが違っており焼いた肉が冷めないようにするにはこのようにするしかなかったようです。最後に焼き野菜が出てきました。ステーキも臭みもなくなかなか美味しかったですし、ガーリックライスも上手に作っておられて味もなかなかよかったです。焼き野菜も美味しくいただき料理は全体的にはよかったと思います。食事が済んだら席を移動してラウンジへ。ここでホットコーヒーをいただきました。値段と味や雰囲気などを考えると非常にコストパフォーマンスの高いランチだったと感じました。詳しくは「横浜瀬里奈ステーキドーム」+「気ままに外食三昧」で検索してみてください。

Two of us dined for a special occasion dinner at 8pm on a Tuesday night ... an advance reservation was a must. When we arrived, all tables were full. This is an upscale restaurant frequented by local couples and business people. Each table can accommodate 10 patrons and it appeared as though all tables were shared by couples or quads.

The menu offered five different meal sets as well as full a la carte individual options. Per person five course meal sets ranged in price from 10,000 to 16,500 yen. The food was fresh, nicely prepared, tasty and satisfying - after a dessert of fresh melon and coffee/tea we paid our 33,500 yen bill and walked away full.

Came back here with great expectations after a nice lunch 3 years ago, tonight simply was not impressed, portion were very small, I have course A and my wife had course B, the portion were very small and then they tried to make you full with extra fried rice which was not even good, I would called it mixed rice (mixing garlic oil onto the rice, the rice was oily nothing was sautéed) after the rice they simply rush you to another room for dessert, what the heck is this kind of service, I was very much offended by it. I paid 28,000 yen which I don’t feel it...
