Too hungry to take the photos of all the food we got, but at least I took photos of the main course 🤤 All the food we tried were so good! I recommend trying their: • Char-grilled Shimanto Beer Fed Black Skin Wagyu Ichibo Round Steak (A4) — MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH! • Char-grilled rosemary chicken w/grilled Misaki vegetables — it was tender and juicy, cooked medium-rare. First time trying eating chicken thigh that way. • Beer Battered Fish & Chips — This will definitely have a repeat next time we come back! So crunchy + the ranch dip is really good which we think is their own recipe. • Grilled Caesars Salad — best Caesars salad I’ve ever had. Smokey, crunchy, yummy bacon strips 🤩 • Garlic & Cheese Bread — it was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the garlic and cheese blended well you won’t even taste the smell of the garlic 👌🏼 • Baked Smokey Mac & Cheese — creamy and gooey 🧡 not your ordinary mac & cheese. Matches with the main course as a side dish. • Baked New York Cheese • Hot Apple Pie with vanilla ice cream
It’s not everyday I post a good review like this. I really loved the ambience of the place, their food, and how easily accessible the restaurant is. It’s just 3-min away from Bashamichi Station, and if you know Yokohama, that area won’t be as crowded and packed as the restaurants in Yokohama/Minatomirai. Reservation is preferred since the restaurant is not that big.
We’ll definitely come back because I want to try their pizzas & burgers...
Read moreWait staff were exceptional, well spoken and the environment is so quaint and the lighting is moody. I love it.
No issues with language barriers if you speak english or Japanese. Just a few minutes walk from major train stations in the area. Coat hangers are in use of you're coming in from the weather.
You have two choices for Wagyu, A4 black or red skin. I went the red skin for the more flavoured route and was not disappointed. Sirloin was cooked perfectly as requested. Comes with in house made chimichurri, home made BBQ sauce and a mustard. There were small garlic chips accompanying the meat dish which were perfect for every bite if that's your thing.
The wedges came with skin on which I absolutely adore! Perfectly cooked and salted.
The Junmai sake and organic green lemon sour are a must try!
The deserts were probably my favourite dish which surprised even me, the ice cream and apple pie are, once again, made in house which is done so so right!

Read moreWe ate dinner here on the day we arrived in Tokyo. We started off with the cheese plate (it had nuts and raisins as well), which was lovely, though we ended up leaving one of the cheeses virtually untouched. My daughter had poutine, which was decent. The grilled mushrooms appetizer was gorgeous, and probably my favorite dish of the entire meal. My husband and I shared the Wagyu steak, and while he was impressed, I didn't feel it was worth the $70. The oysters were ENORMOUS. The macaroni and cheese was interesting, but I don't know if I'd get it again - it had a smoky tang that still remains undecided in my brain as to whether or not I liked it. My husband also sampled the fish and chips, and he liked it, though he said it had a very pronounced vanilla forward note in the batter. It was very well battered and fried, the tartar sauce was nicely done, and the steak fries were delicious.
The service was excellent as well, and the ambience was lovely. All in all, it was well...
