Do better. Thatâs where weâll start. We have ordered take out many times on Thursday for the half price boneless wings. Tonight is the first time we have been disappointed. My boyfriend called and ordered 3 full orders of boneless wings at 8:53pm. He said heâd be there at 9:30. The order was ready and he brought the food home. We had waited all night for our late dinner that we had enjoyed many times before. Well what a disappointment! First of all, it wasnât even warm. There was a 7 minute ride home, but we have ordered these in the dead of winter and gotten them home still hot. The orders were split into 6 flavors. Nothing was marked and they were extremely dry, hardly any sauce. I only eat garlic Parmesan and there was literally 4 small pieces with gar par and like I said, barely any sauce. I wasnât even positive it was far par. They werenât the nice big pieces. They were all the end of the night scraps, the leftovers, and the only sauce on them was probably left in the mixing bowls. They had probably started cleaning up and already started putting things away and were just being lazy. This order wasnât called in last minute and it wasnât picked up at close. If they didnât want to give us normal quality, they shouldnât have even accepted the order. My boyfriend tipped 20%. He said the servers/bartenders were really nice, but it was like no one checked the order. Iâve been in restaurant management and I would have sent it back and told them to put sauce on them. The servers should have checked too. They werenât busy at all, so the 30 seconds to mark them would have not been a big deal, and they would have seen there was no sauce. They probably didnât mark them because they also probably couldnât tell what they were. Iâm sure it was the point of the night people are doing sidework to get out, but costumers before marrying sauce bears and rolling silverware. 90% of the wings are still in the containers and we made a frozen pizza. Take some pride...
Read moreTerrible / Horrible. Will never go to Jethro's again. A week ago we met up with family there. Had to ask the server for menus. When our food came the server never came back to see if every thing was ok. Had to ask for our check. We really didn't think much about it, we did have a large table and we were visiting. The food was great. So my husband and I thought we would have dinner tonight at Jethro's, what a big mistake. We arrived at Jethro's at 3:05 pm, we sat at the bar. Ordered our drinks when the drinks came we ordered onion rings as our appetizer and my husband ordered a turkey sandwich and I thought I would try their steak. In the mean time other 3 other customers came in and sat down. They ordered their meals, by this time it was like 3:30, still no onion rings. the other 3 customers got their meals. My husband and I still hadn't received our onion rings or meal. I am pissed to say the least. The server said they were busy (which they were) but 45 minutes and we don't have anything. That is not right. Specially when 3 other customers came in 15 minutes after we did, and they received their meal. Needless to say we ask for our bill for the drinks, the server said it was taken care of and we left. We will NEVER grace the doors of any Jethro's again. You can count on that. There was other customers coming in and I told them what kind of service we got. and that we never received our appetizer or food and waited 45 minutes. Hopefully you don't give that kind of service to very many customers or you just might be closing your doors. I don't want to even give it a 1 star rating. But it won't let me...
Read moreI know others will disagree, but I was not impressed. I've eaten at several BBQ places and I was really let down by this place. I ordered a 2 meat meal, 1/4 pound of each meat, Turkey and Brisket, and I had to pay 1 dollar more for the Brisket. My 4 oz of Turkey was one slice, no joke one slice, my Brisket was definitely at least 4 oz. The Turkey looked like they grilled it on a flat top before sending it out, which made it dry. The Brisket was somewhat juicy but only where there was fat, the rest was dry, and all of it had no taste, just smoke. The Brisket tasted more like bland roast beef then a smoked and seasoned BBQ meat. When I questioned the server about it, he stated that was the portion size you get, but offered to get me another slice of Turkey for $4 and I said no. I talked with the manager about the portions and he repeated what the server said, he too did offer to bring me another slice, but I was not going to pay $4 for a 4 oz slice of Turkey (that's $16 a pound for smoked Turkey) and I was just done with the whole supper fiasco. My meal of two meats (1/2 lb total), 2 sides, and a drink cost $16.00 so wasn't the most expensive, just not worth it to me. The best part of my meal was the sides. I had waffle fries and cinnamon applesauce with apple chunks in it. Both of those were good, loved the applesauce. The service was good, so no complaints there. Overall would I go again, probably not. If I did, I definitely would not order...
