Great restaurant, atmosphere, service, and employees. My only slight complaint is the price, I would've given a 4.5 if i could've. It's higher than expected. You can probably try to eat here for 12-20USD/6,500-10,000 tenge per person really, not 4-6k. That's still not too bad for a foreigner though. And it's definitely worth it if you get a steak. One of the best priced steaks you'll ever have access too (comes with grilled corn). The fresh brewed teas are also amazing. You can have lots of local food, general central Asian food, and Baltic region food (like azerbaijani) here. If you'd like to try horse, that's here too. You can buy it (in sausage form) for 10USD/5,000 tenge or add some slices (sausage) to your plov/plof (if you order it) for 5USD/2,500 tenge (these options aren't on the menu, you must ask). You can generally customize your meal here (can't at some other restaurants). This is a sit down place, not really a place for a quick meal. It's warm, seats are comfortable, staff are friendly. Free wifi isn't available though. Big place. No wait for a table. However, you can reserve spaces for parties. Also, LOTS of the staff...

While this restaurant presents a mix of Central Asian and CIS cuisines, the interior of the non-smoking section is quite European looking but still charming. I mentioned it before, but I'm not a big fan of eateries mixing up numerous cuisines. However, it is absolutely normal occurrence in Kazakhstan, and at times it works well. Like it did here, at least with dishes we've tried. But the menu is huge, and I definitely need few more visits to try everything that caught my attention. We tried several items, and everything was delicious, and we also ordered some food to go. Food, service, and atmosphere were...
Read moreWe visited this restaurant on our first day of a 5D4N tour in Kazakhstan, and it was the perfect start to our trip. The food was excellent — we tried Chkmeruli (Georgian chicken in garlic sauce), Khinkali with beef, pork lula kebab, lamb ribs, homemade lagman, and even a pepperoni pizza. Everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and full of authentic flavor.
The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the portions were generous. We also enjoyed their refreshing lemon-lime lemonade. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a mix of Georgian, Central Asian, and international dishes during your stay...
