My loved ones and I found the meals to be palatable. I wouldn't say they were bursting with flavor but at least they were well cooked. The food portions were not quite filling but maybe you could order a drink to accompany your meal.

☆ Service ☆

The service was quite good and the waiter was patient with us as she took our orders. We changed our minds numerous times but she was gracious and helpful throughout the entire process. One thing we would have preferred though is to have the cutlery placed on a plate rather than on serviettes.

○ Ambiance ○

It's a pretty chill place where you can have discussions and possibly relax with your drink. You get to also experience the city breeze as you enjoy your meal, though this might cool your food faster than expected 🤭.

I visited Kista Caffe for the first time on a rainy evening in Nairobi, and it is very aesthetically pleasing. It's a great place to relax and unwind after those tiresome and stressful days. There's also kind of those private sittings perfect for intimate conversations. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a very enthusiastic waitress who was ready to take my order. The staff is attentive but not overwhelming; they don't constantly interrupt to ask if you need anything hence you just unwind in peace😄. The hot drinks arrived quickly, there wasn't a lot of wait time. Also their snacks are not stale. I was served by Francisca and she gave me an excellent recommendation for snacks, her service was 100% fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend this spot for a relaxed evening. I missed it the last night. It's at a corner & today was about to ask the guard when i saw the name. Someone would think it's Beirut since from across the road, the sign is very clear.

It's plain. Zero personality. No photos. Nothing.

Service was good. One server offered to watch my luggage as i went to wash my hands.

Provide wipes. Looking for a washing point when ur tired and have luggage, is too much & unnecesary.

It's halal so no pork 😒😒

Had the grilled 🐠. Maybe they can have fish fingers & breadcrumbed fish.
