Java House Shell Kilimani — Restaurant in Nairobi

This newly-opened branch is quite spacious with both downstairs and upstairs seating. However, I didn't see the usual artwork that is synonymous with the brand but I believe that will be 'sorted out' in due time. On the flip side, the on-going constructions near the restaurant contribute to a noisy and dusty experience (especially if you decide to sit outside/upstairs). In terms of food and drink, they have different offers that one can indulge in across their various branches. I am definitely looking forward to trying out their festive season specials which include limited edition...

WRONG ORDER - MADE RIGHT. 🤗 Shout out to Maureen for assisting

I got to my office only to unseal my box and find that I received a salad with my fish rather than regular chips. When I called, I was told that the issue was being looked into.

20 minutes later, I called back and was told the salad was posted accidentally and my correct order would be sent over.

Chips arrived hot and in under 20 minutes. Will definitely be unsealing my order on the premises from now on!

This is the worst Java I have ever been to. I went in today and ordered an egg and cheese wrap, they brought me an egg, cheese and sausage wrap. I told them that I was Vegetarian and to change it and pack it for me. They packed the egg, cheese and sausage wrap and acted like it was the egg and cheese one that they had corrected to. Shame on you! Really...
