We ate brunch set and baguette Positives : - not to watery orange juice - nicely looking tea pot & decent/tasty croissant (taste like cheese) - really tasty baguette (bread) - good tea & fresh fruits Negatives : Where to start... - bread isnt best and it was really dry after eating small slice of salmon in the middle (please add some butter on whole slice or white cheese, anything...) - muffin with olives was dry as well to the point where I added ketchup to be able to swallow it - poor filling for baguette - service was worst part, guy brought us cutlery and put them directly on uncleaned table, floor was filled with breadcrumbs, plastic bags, same as some tables - there were 5 ppl working at the time we was there and they werent really keen to clean tables nor the floor From such a place with higher price range like this one (considering prices in Luang Prabang) we are expecting better quality and service, you can be better of in other places

The ice latte here was absolutely atrocious. I couldn’t taste the coffee at all - it contained no more than a fraction of a shot of espresso; amounting to nothing more than a glass of watered down milk. I cannot believe anyone would visit this place twice. When I told the barista it tasted like water and asked how many shots were in it she told me one - but in truth it was closer to a fraction of a shot. My other issue was the filthy toilet (photo enclosed) When a restaurant doesn’t bother to keep its toilet clean it raises issues of questionable hygiene. What must the kitchen be like? and the preparation of the food? And the barista was using her bare hands to put ice cubes in the coffees which I found most off-putting, especially after seeing the toilet. The staff lack sophistication, basic social skills and hygiene standards. A place to be avoided in my view.

It's a French-style café that's quite busy and filled with foreigners. Honestly, after spending two days in Luang Prabang, I haven't encountered service staff who seemed as indifferent to customers as they were here. Maybe it's because this café is one of the more popular spots. I waved to get the staff's attention to ask for the bill. The staff member came over and asked, "Anything else you want?" but their tone was a bit aggressive. I told them we just wanted the bill, and they replied, "Just go to the counter," with the same attitude. It wasn’t just me being sensitive—before I even got up to pay, they started clearing our plates as if to rush us out. That said, their bakery items like the croissant and pie were decent, but nothing fancy or impressive.

Fantastic pastries, but another over-hyped venue in Luang Prabang. Insider tip: This is a fantastic place to pick up a fresh baguette, charcuterie and a bottle of wine to go. Go here for the pastries but don’t expect unique ambience. When I went, the place was teeming with families and screaming children. Better to buy your goods and take them to go. I hade the almond au chocolate croissant and can say as an avid almond croissant connoisseur hailing from New York City that this is one of the best I have had. I also had an iced coffee with milk - do note that if you order with milk, it will be sweetened. I did not have the pizzas, but the men sitting next to me ordered two and they looked / smelled delicious.

Quite satisfied with the food, high quality cheese, service, atmosphere and prices. Many delightful baked goods (croissants, tarts, baguettes, etc), food options (sandwiches, paninis, burgers, salads). Coffee was pretty good, although next time I would go for the espresso with whipped cream instead of the latte. The panini was really nice. It needed a bit more of the promised apple and tomato. Maybe a hint of spice. The mushroom burger was SO good. Definitely the highlight. However the amount of fries felt pretty small… Smells great inside. Indoor and outdoor seating. Really good prices, <100k for a meal. Would really happily return. They also have a French speciality goods store inside.

A very good and tasty sandwiches especialy those ones : with bacon or with beef. The chicken one is too dry, something is missing on my taste. Sandwiches are served with veg salad and is a very good point. The quality of the bread is amazing. One of the negative point is the masculin staff, don't take attention and talks unfriendly for some of them, zero smile. The other negative point is there is never some pastry, like a grape roll as an exemple. I went 4 times at different schedule and never could got one. They probably bake 5 pieces per day. But if you want some croissant or pain of chocolate, you can come everyday at 5pm, there are still fifty of them and nobody want to buy it all.
