I recently had the incredible opportunity to host my pre-wedding celebration at 3 Nagas Restaurant, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere welcomed us with its enchanting blend of traditional and vintage decor. WORSE CHRISTMAS DINNER OF MY LIFE

This statement might sound overreacting, but it’s not. This was actually the worst Christmas dinner of my life and also the worst meal I had during my entire trip in Laos. To give you context, we passed by the M Gallery hotel a couple of days before Christmas Eve. They were advertising a 3-course dinner for 60 USD. We thought it would be a good idea, expecting quality from a brand like M Gallery. What a mistake… First course: a cold pumpkin soup! Probably the least worst dish of the entire meal. Main course: an overcooked chicken leg (I’m not joking), with some fried rice and ketchup! The chicken was terrible, and we didn’t finish it. Dessert: a banana 'hot dog' kind of dish with dry bread. The canteen Christmas lunch of my high school was 100 times better than this.

Two things were very good, though: the staff (as always in Laos) and the cocktails.

One of the best evenings I had in town- people watching, snacking on the delicious complimentary peanuts and puffed rice, no consideration of time, in an open and airy room designed for optimal enjoyment while sipping on the most tasty mocktails creations- satisfaction overload. Second timer here. First time #Mocktails and Chicken. Mocktails were delicious, and so pretty. Chicken was like a satay skewer. It was basic. Ordered #mangostickyrice the second time. Artful and most delicious. Top msr of all time. It's served with #coconut ice cream that is rich in flavor but not over powering. Game changer. Dessert and drinks only.
