Adžika — Restaurant in Riga

This was an awful experience. I ordered my food and was told that it will take 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes in, I went to check how long it takes to make this dish and was told that this dish takes about half an hour to 35 minutes. After 40 minutes, I noticed that I was never given a buzzer and there was no tray being set up like the others orders were getting. I went up to check again and was told that my order was never put in. The guy who took my order denied ever having taken it. When I handed him and his coworker my receipt, he told his coworker to “make sure that it was for the right date.” They were not busy, maybe 3 more people ordered in the 40 minutes that I was waiting. There is no way that he has forgotten, especially since I was seating there in plain sight. I did not get an apology and a manager was not available for me to talk to. I did ask for and get a refund, after more waiting. I wasted valuable time, left hungry, and was treated disrespectfully. Freshly prepared and tasted great. Unfortunately I can’t compare it to the food in Georgia as I’ve not been, but can confirm that the khinkali (careful when eating the meat juices can be really hot) and kabdari was well flavoured.

не понравилось, во-первых долго(25 минут ожидания), во-вторых не правильно... хинкали с хвостиком, за который невозможно взяться, хачапури по-аджарски круглой формы.... как, простите, это есть? я и про хачапури, и про хинкали... начинка, хорошая, вкусная, именно поэтом 3, а не 1, но...
