We were given a hotel room that did not meet any hotel room sanitary rules. The room was not as advertised and not clean.|Hotel receptionist wasn't helpful and unpolite. According to the hotel receptionist we got exactly what we booked i.e economy room.|According to the receptionist the room was supposed to be exactly the same as in Booking.com photos but the reality was totally something else.|The room stank of something, either urine, dog smell or sewage and the room wasn't cleaned properly.|There was dust and hair everywhere in the room, including on top of wardrobe cabinet and hairdryer. There was even a rotten cherry on the floor which indicated that the room has not been cleaned according to the common sanitary rules. Also someones hair band was left hanging behind curtains.|The room was old and worn, furniture was damaged and there was an awful stinky carpet with stains on the floor. Even the towels were old and ugly.|According to our understanding and past hotel experiences, this room should be declared as out of order instead and not rented out to the hotel customers.|Both of us, myself and my partner also got an allergic reaction whilst staying in the room for just one night. This hotel uses fraud technique, by using "partners" for online reservation. Customers make room reservation and payment on booking platform, seeing nice pictures of rooms. Wen the client comes to this hotel they actually get the awful room with metal beds with springs. The room the customer actually gets has nothing to do with the pictures seen online... The room seems like cheap hostel room, not the room of 4* hotel. The receptionist tells unhappy clients that the hotel partner, who collects and manages reservations, made a mistake by uploading room photos. Unhappy customer is required to make additional payment for room upgrade and is not given what he actually ordered without additional payment. Booking cannot do anything, you cannot write a review about this hotel as all reservations are made by their mysterious "partner". Booking does not take any responsibility, hotel also does not take any responsibility.

Poor communication and bad service. Receptionist is arrogant and unpleasant to talk. She told that it is not the first time they have this situation and also told that unhappy customer will not be able to write a review on Booking platform.

I hope this hotel will get bankrupted. How can you do business, serving people and seeing them leaving the hotel unhappy?
