The tastiest meal that I ever had! As starter: I tried “rooster broth soup” and “beef tartar”. Amazing!
As the main course, I tried:
“lamb steak with homus”. Amazingly matched so well with the lingonberry sauce!! AMAZING!
“beef cheeks with mushroom-eggplant deep” ; The combination of tastes is amazing! However I’d say the spice on the mushroom-eggplant deep was extra and gave it an eastern touch which wasn’t going well with the intense taste of slow cooked beef cheeks. But the mild taste of mashed potatoes was a complementary taste to the beef 👌🏻
As dessert, I had : Vegan tartlet with fresh berries. Amazing!
The coffee is well brewed and the taste is so into my liking (it’s bitter, not fruity taste).
The interior design is gorgeous, cozy old fashioned style; however the table we’ve been served with (small round one) was not proper for dining as it wasn’t enough space for the feet to keep the right posture while eating. But it was cozy being surrounded with decorative items and plants. the selection of the music is pleasant, the service is fast and pleasant in general. I will be back here for sure and highly...
Read moreWhat can I say – Restaurant Rosemarine was an absolute highlight! From start to finish, everything was spot on. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed without ever feeling intrusive. You really feel taken care of here.
The food? Incredible. Every dish we tried was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It’s rare to find a place where everything – starters, mains, and dessert – hits the mark, but Rosemarine delivered on all fronts.
The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, making it perfect for a special night out or just a really good meal. You can tell that a lot of care and passion goes into both the kitchen and the guest experience.
Honestly: 10/10. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be...
Read moreINTRO: Relative to other food in Riga, I don't think this place deserves more than a 4.0 - it's not a bad restaurant - but it's just OK. For their prices you can get a better dining experience in many other places. DETAILS: The food is alright, but there's no singular theme or a distinguishable "signature" - just a lot of various (good quality) stuff put together to make you full. One can see that the interior was meant to be on the cozy side, but something is lacking to call it truly that - it looks more like a showroom of a mid-range, less-than-modern furniture shop rather than a modern restaurant. Service is nothing to complain about. OVERALL, might have been stellar some 15 years ago, but nowadays the bar has been set a bit higher than...
