Table 7 — Restaurant in Riga

This place is the one. Only here, from all the places in Old Town, i know for sure that i can come and feel myself as cozy and relaxed, as i felt once in my childhood when my parents took care of me. This is a safeplace where bartender not only treat me with most delicious coctails but also take care of me as if i would be his blood brother. Place where everybody, not only bartenders, all stuff, kitchen guys, waiters go to do their job, not only to earn a dollar or two. Every person there is in love with a job they have chosen. These people are passionate of what they are doing. And i am feeling it instantly when i step into Table7. Every time. This place deserves 5 stars, and it deserves futhermore, lots of new people who will come once and return here only god knows how many more times. Terrible experience We had dinner here last night. After having waited 40 minutes for our order, we asked the staff to check on the status. To which they informed us that they had forgotten to place the order and would do so now. We waited another 15 minutes to actually receive our order. 1 of the 2 things that we ordered was wrong. After dinner, we placed an order for 2 drinks. We didn’t think that they could mess that up. But again, after 25 minutes we asked someone to check in on our drink order since it was a simple drink and nothing fancy. 20 minutes after that, our waitress comes to our table and asks ‘You want anything?’ At no point did anyone say they’re sorry.

The table next to us also had to wait 45 minutes for their order and one of their 2 dishes was also wrong. Seems to be an every day...

This place really surprised me in the best way. Most of the people working here is in their early 20s and are managing to create extremely welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Found this place randomly few days ago while walking with my friend, since then we came back every day 🤪 Bartender Daniel’s and waiter Aleksandrs takes the best care of their customers and makes sure that everything is always perfect for us. We mostly came for cocktails but then we tried their kitchen and it surprised us as well!! Daniel’s surprised us with original drinks that he created on the spot, fitted perfectly for each of our personalities which I haven’t experienced anywhere else. He’s really talented and creative.
