I was recommended to come and try this place out. Big mistake. Waitresses just ignored us on arrival, instead serving another guest who came in after us. Finally we got a table. The restaurant was empty inside. We decided what we were going to have, and the order was taken in decent time. Snacks arrived first, halfway through them. Another waitress came to ask if we ordered drinks. I said we did, but they are not here yet. Drinks arrived, but we were already finishing the snacks. After that, we were abandoned, and nobody came to clear the snack plates. We ran out of drinks, and i got tired of waiting. I went to the bar to get some more drinks, but was told, "No, go back to your table." After that the waitress chased me up the stairs and took my order while i was on the stairs. When she brought the second drinks, she left the dirty snack plates, even though she had a tray. The main course arrived, and the steak was undercooked, duck overcooked, asparagus mushy, potatoes soggy and watery, baby carrots half peeled, dirty ends and completely raw. However, our dining experience left much to be desired. The signature burger, though named with flair, disappointed with a tough and dry bun. The accompanying fries were cold, hinting at a potential issue in their kitchen standards. The shrimp, another menu choice, were unfortunately rubbery and also served chilled.

Service was a bit lacking. As first-time patrons, we had to initiate greetings upon arrival and spent a considerable time navigating the empty restaurant to find a suitable place to sit. Meanwhile, the staff engaged in lively conversations behind the bar.

We came for drinks on Saturday night and guy at the bar with tattoo on his temple served us. That was an experience! Asked him do you have a menu, he said no. And then we ordered 2 espresso Martinis, one extra lager and double disarano with coke. We waited for drinks quite a while, because he made a mistake previously. Then he finally makes our drinks and charges us €36 for all the drinks although till had written € 34,4, but then we get €12 change from €50 note. So he still tried to rob us by €2.
