Caffeine — Restaurant in Vilnius

Monday 22.05.2023- 10 am. Me and my other waitress colleague are just using our phones during the working time. Suddenly the stupid customers arrived. They wanted coffee. I reall dont know why they dont cook their coffee at home. No, they have come here and interrupt us. Don't they see that we are busy with our phones . So rude! One customer start to order his coffee. He was speaking English. I really dont know why they dont speak Lithuanian... Horrible people! I took he's ordered and did it without love or pleasure, as it should be. I would rather be home than working here anyway.

Place for youngsters and for coffee only, snack offer rather poor, however coffee is a good one. Beautiful location. Sadly all spoiled by extremely rude staff, had to repeat sentences few times over and over and the girl still behaved like she didn't understand, on top of it she was claiming I have ordered sth else than what I received. No word of apology ,only some comment with smirk in Lithuanian to her work colleague. Worse than bad. I see this is rather a rule in this city, every youngster over the bar behaves as if working was a punishment and they feel offended by customer even asking for something. U've got a long way to go. The service was extremely slow, and the barista clearly wasn’t in a hurry to do their job. When I asked about the available smoothies, the response was so unclear that a second barista had to step in to help. After that, I had to wait a long time for the drinks, even though it was just a simple juice with ice — I can’t imagine what could take so long. In the end, I got a half-melted smoothie with barely any fruit flavor, and the cup wasn’t even full. The photo I attached was taken before I tried it, so you can see the original amount.
