Colibri vegan food — Restaurant in Vilnius

I'm really sorry to leave a negative review. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was very lovely. The problem was, that the prices were extremely overpriced, the quality of food was terrible and the quantity of food was extremely little. The portion sizes are for kids. The tofu stew with shrooms are really bitter and the chickpeas stew was made from frozen vegetables. It feels like the owner or the staff never tried the food, because why would they wanna sell this type of food for people. This was the worst vegan returant out of all. The tea was too strong for such little cups, as if the people in this restaurant have never tried to drink tea in their life. It feels as if they are over charging to keep the place running, but vegan people usually don't have much money, so they are left with less money in this restaurant and under fed. I've never had this type of experience. Maybe there are other dishes that are actually good, but by the portion this place is the most unrecommendable to any type of person. For two people we paid about 30eu. Very sad experience for the wallet,...

The environment is pretty kitschy - okay, maybe the food delivers though. Nope, the food was pretty bad too. It's also overpriced as hell, you have to get sides as EXTRA for meals where you would expect the side to come with the dish (curry/spread - am I supposed to eat the spread with a spoon??). Some parts of the meal were still cold in the stew and the soup was super bland tasting. Also don't get me started on the portion sizing.

Curry or tofu stew taste is not that bad - comforting flavour. But the portion sizes (especially sides) are even a bit funny at this price comparing to other places in Vilnius. I don’t find this amount of rice (it could be doubled) reasonable, as well as I don’t find simply sliced carrots and paprika with few leaves (which you cannot even combine easily with the first dish) as “salad”. Once again - overpriced. The environment, food and vibe feels more like for a budget restaurant and would definitely get better review if the prices would match the value you get (as the taste of first...
