Hesburger — Restaurant in Vilnius

Food not bad, but the workers behave like they were finished a bottle of whisky or some kind of other alcoholic beverage alone to their sleep last night and now have the worst hangover in their life. The atmosphere they create feels like the fast food restaurant is in current russia, where they don’t get payed enough or don’t get supplied enough ham for their hamburgers. Basically just very rude staff. They even managed to pick on a woman with a baby, because they thought she hadn’t payed for anything and was staying inside. They didn’t give me a check for my order, I would not be surprised if they are...

The worst fast food I ever ate. They gave me the wrong burger, but I paid 2 euro more for another type of burger. They wrong also the drink. I order a Fanta and a Coke Zero, but they gave me a Sprite. When I informed the clerk she said that was my fault despite I showed the receipt which not matched with the drinks she gave me. Very rude!! Avoid this...

Labas vakaras. Teko apsilankyti šitame hesburgeryje, esu nusivylus... Pirmiausia norėčiau pasidalinti apie labai nemandagią merginą. Nepagarbiai elgiasi su klientais, rėkia ant nekaltų vaikų jog kiti žmonės negražiai valgo prie stalų ar pan. taip pat į visus labai negražiai tiesa sakant 'spokso' lyg ji būtų vadovė ir visa pasikėlus. Norėčiau, kad tai būtų viskas.. Dėja, dar ne pabaiga. Turiu ką papasakoti apie antrą darbininkę, tai įvyko tuo pačiu metu. Užsisakėme su drauge 'didelius' kompleksus.. Atkreipkite dėmesį į žodį 'didelį'... Palaukėme, viskas ramu.., galvojom mes. Galiausiai padarė mažus kompleksus, pasakėme apie tai iškarto tai pačiai darbuotojai, nemandagiai pradėjo atsakinėti mums, įrodynėti, kad užsisakėme mažus ir nieko negali padaryti.. Labai nusivylusi šią vietą, gaila vaikų kurie pavargę iš skate parkų, aikštelių ateina pavalgyti ir juos aprėkia už nieką... Labai ačiū už jūsų dėmesį kas skyrėtė laiką perskaityti šį atsiliepimą, tikiuosi su jumis...
