Formosa went downhill... When they had just opened I was one of the first to go there, I even got one of their 'secret' loyalty cards. Prices were decent and could get a small simple tea even as a teen with no money in my pocket ;) However, in the last few years, when they changed from a small stand to a big corporation with many locations, the bubble tea just started becoming more expensive and all the tea started tasting the same. You could blindfold me and I could smell Formosa from a mile away. They have a distinct same smell and the tea tastes very similar, regardless of what flavour you choose. I was pleasantly surprised by deliciousness of hazelnut tea, never had it before. The sales person was pretty shy but friendly. I would give it 5 stars, but there's some things that made me question if I'd come back. In my opinion, caramel milk tea lacks flavor; prices are quite high, especially given the size of cups.
