One of the worst asian restaurants in Vilnius. Please do not go there.
Their only plus is that they work longer than their competitors. For some reason, every time I come here, I hope it will be different, and it never is.
So I am writing this review to hopefully make them improve at least basic concepts.
Things that are wrong and can easily be fixed: No regular ramen! There is no beef ramen, which is the default one. (Why would you even choose to sell ramen but only serve some non traditional variatos without the original). 80% of food is spicy without the option of removing the spiciness. (I get that it's easies food to cook, since apicyness hides all other tastes, but I mean you are a restaurant. You could manage to make tasty food instead of masking the flavour with chillies..). For some reason 3/4 times they bring dessert at the same time as main dish. (Why even serve ice cream if you intend to let it melt? Serve cream or something) Lava cakes have no lava! (I guess buy a timer and use it. Its max 5 eur and you won't keep overcooking the same dish every time) Guo Bao chicken should have some chicken in it. At least more than those 10% that you put. (I get that meat is more expensive and it's cheaper this way but I'd rather pay more than eat grain with sauce and a smell or chicken)
I could go on and on, but maybe that's...
Read moreAn aestheticly pleasing spot to eat, unfortunately it left quite a bitter aftertaste. The service was extremely unpleasant and did not as much try to understand or help us. We reserved a table for 8, however some of us were running late and we mentioned this to the waiting staff. Not once, twice, but after three times, I was wondering whether they just were toying with us, or simply did not have the repertoire to actively engage in a simple conversation regarding the guest situation.
The food was below average and even though the pricepoint is low, I regret to even have paid the sum I have now. The ramen had so little noodles, and I could hardly call the soy sauce my noodles and duck were swimming in, a proper ramen broth. The california sushiroll resembled cardboard and was barely edible.
They also gave us our starters at different moments, so there was little to no opportunity to eat together. Even some side dishes were served as a starter, and had been sitting for quite a while, as my friend's rice was cold.
All in all, it is safe to say I'd not recommend to eat in this establishment, unless you like having low quality food and...
Read moreManami destroyed my Christmas!!! This was the worst service I have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this evening would be a disaster.
I had to practically beg the waiter, Ramūnas, to seat us, clear the dirty dishes from our table, and take our order. He acted like his help (which is his responsibility and job) was a huge favor to us.
But it’s not the biggest trouble! When everyone was receiving food, but me. I finally asked, “Where’s my meal?” Ramūnas said, quoting, “You will not have your Pork Teriyaki”, because he FORGOT. For my question “What we gonna do with that?”, I got an answer “nothing as kitchen is not working”. That was it. No real apology, no alternative offered.
Do not operate a restaurant on Christmas evening if you’re incapable of delivering even basic service. This is unacceptable.
Teach Ramūnas to show respect to paying customers. And for heaven’s sake, tell him to stop rolling his eyes at people and take responsibility for his actions - he’s in hospitality, not high school!
P.S. On the way out of the restaurant, i’ve met others visitors, who was also complaining on the...
