Absolutely abysmal service that ruined the vibe for the entire night.

We booked multiple tables ahead of time for an international group from all over Europe. I myself came from Estonia and as we headed there straight from a conference, I had my carry-on luggage and laptop bag with me. As we were trying to have a good time in a crowded bar, I and another colleague went to drop off our bags in the completely empty cloakroom (as it was 26°C outside and no coats were needed). Instead of just accepting our bags and putting them off into a corner or something, the cloakroom attendant started agressively arguing with us in Russian (?) about why we cannot put our bags there. I asked for clarifications in English but she continued to speak Russian at my colleague while completely ignoring me. I don’t speak Russian well enough to even have understood what the problem was but the end game was that we were denied service and we had to keep our luggage with us the whole night.

So we ended up in a fully booked and crowded bar sitting on our luggage so it doesn’t get stolen and doesn’t go missing while the cloakroom was totally empty and had the attendant there the whole night. I guess you can understand why having to drag your laptop bag and luggage with you the whole night while you are trying to dance, order a drink at the bar and have a good time would ruin...

Not the best experience.

The service seemed slacking. First, when we came we sat outside and for good 15 minutes we didnt see any waiters. Then they came but they went straight to their friends and seemed like only one girl was left to serve everyone outside. It was windy so we came to order inside. There was a situation where bartender was openly angry with a waitress and made the atmosphere reallly uncomfortable, simply unprofessional. Our waiter was also really strange taking plates which clearly werent finished, didnt react to a tip at all (basic etiquette) and in general seemed like we were annoying him just being there. Cannot judge everyone in the restaurant by this one experience, yet it was unpleasant to the level i wanted to leave asap, and I am usually patient and easy with the service.

The stars are for the salmon with mashed potatoes, it was spot on, and even if it arrived when everyone else was finished with their mains, it was an incredible dish. The beetroot salad with fried cheese had a looot of potential yet it was under seasoned, underdressed and the lettuce leaves were incredibly big, leaving the dish super dry and "lost".

Quite dissapointed as I heard so many great things about the place....

We were a group of 4, we ordered 3 different dishes and the food was delicious. Octopus was super soft 👌 meat was delicious! The only dish that wasn’t superb was my burger 🍔 however it is very personal as I am not a fan of truffles and it was one of the burger ingredients. The atmosphere was nice, love the authentic interior. What was ruining an atmosphere was the noises from the kitchen. We were seated very close to the kitchen and during entire dinner we were hearing shouting, swearing in Russian and it was really ruining overall dinning experience. Have to mention that some of the cutlery that was placed on the table was not washed well. Overall a good experience, very unique place...
