If I could give less than 1 star I would. Went there on Dec 30 for dinner with some friends, they were not that busy and the dinner room we were in was almost empty. They took 30 min to tell us one of the dishes we ordered wasn't available, 1.5h to bring our food, we had to get our own pizza from the kitchen because the waiter was nowhere to be seen for more than 10 min. When we finally got our food my main dish portion of risotto was to die (of hunger) for - pic attached (one of my friends got lasagna and it was child sized and another one's 'salad' had no kind of green leaf vegetables and consisted on a bit of basil and a whole ball of mozzarella eye roll). More people got to the restaurant after us and they were served before us; I get it, we were a big group (9) but we weren't told there would be a 1.5h wait for food! We would have definitely gone somewhere else. We went to the toilet and there was no toilet paper and the toilet was disgusting, we told the staff but when we left it was still disgusting. The manager apologised but not without saying that many people went to their restaurant to eat their risotto- but I assume she meant they ate home and then went there and had risotto as a 'light snack'. We had ring grilled calamaries, grilled salmon, carpaccio, creme brulee with my colleagues for Business dinner.

Foods: All great, we took a few of menus as above (we were a small group of 3 people), we enjoyed all of foods. All above are worthy it. We really liked creme brulee.

Staffs: They are all nice, attentive, caring and informative enough what to recommend. (All were pretty and handsome)

Atmostphere: It does have many young group of people (not children), have a lively vibe and nice music. It has full of plants and green leaves in the place that uplifted me.

Location: Just in the center of the city, you wont miss it as long as you have google maps.

Tragic service. We had reservation on Saturday evening. We came and straight away ordered all drinks (a bottle and lemonades) and food. After 15min of waiting, waitress said that they are very busy and we will have to wait, our drinks are getting ready, I asked what drinks, because we ordered a bottle, which doesn't need preparation much, she said it is getting ready. After 10min we got glasses. The bottle and lemonades arrived after 50min of waiting (the restaurant was not that busy, people were getting cocktails when ordered after us).
