Myself and my fiancee were having a great time at Uncle Sam's until our evening was spoiled by a very arrogant and rude young man who was working at the bar. We waited for our turn to be served drinks but this young man kept ignoring my fiancee who was waiting to be served. The young man who l noted his name as Matteus kept on serving other people who came to the bar after her. My fiancee kindly asked Matteus why he was not serving her and we were shocked when he replied 'what are you talking about. He said, what you? shut up'. And he moved on to serve the people next to us without even listening to what my fiancee wanted to say. He completely refused to serve us and carried on as if nothing had happened. I was so shocked by this rude behaviour and l told one of the guys who was working at the bar about what happened and this young man genuinely apologised and offered to serve us drinks himself. I could not believe this happened to us as we spent over €100 at the bar. You may view your CCTV footage l think between 0130-0230. We were sitting at the bar near the toilet end. I am the black male sitting with the blonde white lady and we are both in our 50s. Otherwise our enjoyable night at Uncle Sam's was spoiled by one arrogant, rude individual. We were looking for a place where to have a quick good food with family (4 grown ups and child 2.5 months old in infant carrier) about 21ish after driving about 600 km. When we only stepped to the terrace the pumped up muscle guy with totally red eyes jumped in front of us and started to yell something! We said "sorry" and he stared to yell in Russian that we are not allowed. When we asked many times why, he yelled "with child" and he was very unpleasant and agressive. It was very unpleasant, unprofessional, impolite and extremely negative first impression of Lithuania. Another, younger security guy also jumped out to "cover the first ones back"! Very unprofessional and totally unacceptable behaviour towards tourists in centre of the town. I must say, we have never ever faced in any other country (incl. Latvia nor eveb in Russia) such a bad, negative, aggressive, unacceptable, upnose, impolite, arrogant, inadequant behaviour and such a BAD service! Do not recommend to anyone!!!!

Tho, when we stepped aside of the main street, we found very nice place with good service and extremely great food! And we also heard already that on the main street the security is so inadequate as they have a lot of customers and they do not give a damn about customers, service quality etc. Very, very...
