Do NOT order delivery. Price point is good, but when I order a pizza and live only 5 minutes away, I really don't fancy the idea of watching my driver (done through DoorDash, mind you) drive all the way across town before delivering my food ten minutes past the estimate. Worse, the food is room temperature cold, so I can't even eat it. It could have been sitting for ten minutes or four hours. Then you call their call center. If you opt to leave a message, you won't hear back at all. If you do sit through the hour wait, your very nice customer service representative will inform you that it takes seven business days to review your complaint and see if you can even get a refund. I might be out a whole $20 for a meal that no one got to eat, and I won't know for a whole week. Edit: never got a refund or even so much as a response. I'll go literally anywhere else rather than risk getting another ice-cold pizza.
