Today I took my friend who’s in Germany for her first German breakfast and it was a great experience! We came here on a Wednesday morning but didn’t make a booking but the whole place was almost completely booked out. I guess reservation definitely recommended:) We ordered the Saxon breakfast and salmon French toast which were both fantastic. However, we would not call it a French toast, it was more like a pumpernickel with light egg marinade topped with very tasty smoked salmon. My friend enjoyed her breakfast a lot, it was a very big portion that could have been shared probably too. We got one black coffee and a small oat latte with our food (latte art is not a big culture in Germany) which was a bit weak and very milky but still ok. The price was a bit expensive but the overall food experience was amazing!

Yes! The place is legit. The people barely speak English but the service is great. There are vegetarian and (some) vegan dishes which are clearly marked in the menu. I tried the fried crumby things which we could provisionally call “pancakes”. 😀 They were quite OK but the radish-cranberry dip was an experience! Seriously, an eye-opening, perspective-changing condiment. 😊 On a Friday evening many places evening were reserved. Anyway, a good place which I would definitely like to visit again with nice atmosphere (not too shabby), friendly and even somewhat warm-hearted service. Prices are somewhat steep. Card payments accepted.

Loved the place, the food and the hospitality. Great place to dine with friends and family. The staffs were very friendly and attentive. The food was equally amazing, we had the sweet potato sticks, and we loved it. The beef roulade and the club sandwiches were great too. Would absolutely recommend the place if you're looking for a nice brunch or an afternoon get together. Would love to be back when in town.

Very rude and unfriendly customer service. I was today in this cafe trying to start my Sunday morning with a cute touch and unfortunately it was ruined by the experience at this cafe. You have to wait over 90 min to get just your breakfast and they even don´t pay attention to your instructions. I had ordered to rake away and they bring you in a plate. Also it was raining heavily but you were not allow to go inside in the cafe and wait standing there and also not allow to sit in front of the cafe ice cream selling window. So you are just let in the rain waiting and waiting... and waiting... Also some people who come later got their meal service earlier. When asked the waitress about that no explanation and no intention to help. Overall one of the worst experiences I have ever had and a waste of time, money and , most...
