Royal Fried Chicken (RFC) — Restaurant in Borneo

Today is my first time to dine in because i usually just order through foodpanda delivery. Food is ok i have no complaint about that, but i think you guys should improve how you handle and serve your customer.. Im talking about how we have to take our own food at the counter in the very 1st place after waiting for 10-15 minutes. Which i didnt know.. not until ur worker come to my table just to tell me the food is done... ya i know kfc, or mcd we also take our food by ourselves BUT, When we had to WAIT for the food, they will come and send it to us. rfc not so big for u guys to be lazy to deliver the food to the table. u guys have a gut to come to the table just to tell, ur food is done.. But lazy to serve it to our table. i was totally SHOCK. WTH is that. have many worker but all stay at the counter only. are you try to train lazy worker here? learn from mcd n kfc. u put ur menu price same standard with them but ur services is bad. Not worth it.. i think this is my 1st n last to dine in here. oh ya and one more thing.. i feel like no ac and its hot in the restaurant. better i eat at...

Tried RFC (Royal Fried Chicken) for the first time and it was honestly such a nice experience! The place looks clean and neat from the outside, so I felt comfortable walking in. Inside was super comfy the aircond was cold and just nice. I really liked that they gave free hand gloves, which shows they care about hygiene. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, made the whole vibe feel warm. No wonder it’s got 5 stars on Grab! The food was really good too the fried chicken was crispy and tasty. Definitely coming...

The food is very fresh, and the children especially like the Royal Cheese Burger. Today, I ordered 36 burgers for my child to celebrate his birthday in the school class. Their service was very good, and they quickly cooperated with my request. My child also celebrated his birthday in the class smoothly. The classmates all like their Royal cheese burger.
