KK Waterfront — Restaurant in Borneo

One of the top places to go if you wanna have a drink with friends, meet new people and have some nightlife fun in KK. There's great (and seriously popular) satay here, which they'll send to your table after they've cooked you order. Many choices of bars and pubs. Smells a little of seawater at first but you won't notice after a bit. Some of the best bars in KK are here and clubs like Bed and Euphoria.

Would not recommend if You want to drink peacefully with friends You want to have a deep, long conversation with someone You want cheap drinks (go to bars that aren't in the city for this)

We enjoyed taking photos with the various signs and statues. Good spot for Facebook posts. Water was a bit dirty. Would not want to swim but certainly good to catch a boat or ferry.Been there with friends for gathering. The Cafe was awesone with great music. Many choices to select for a drink and food. For sure will be there again.Once you can get over all of the plastic filling up the oceans and waterways, you can sit back and enjoy the stunning scenery of the sunset - the waterfront almost has two different cultures.1 for daylight and then once the sun goes down. This is a nice area for some sea views and also to chill out in bars. The area is basically a collection of F&B areas with some doubling up as bars.

Unfortunately, the place is not very well organised and the parking is hectic and stressful.

One can see many tourists in the area especially the Caucasians. But has a great mix of locals and other nationalities.

If the place is lined with trees and more well maintained then it might have been an must visit. But sadly it is not and once you finish your drinks/food it’s time to move on to the next...
