I recently visited Jollibee at Centre Point Kota Kinabalu, and I must say, it was such a satisfying experience that I felt compelled to write a detailed review. Whether you're already a fan of Jollibee or trying it for the first time, this outlet won't disappoint.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles from the staff. Even during busy hours, the service was surprisingly quick and efficient. The staff members were attentive and polite, and they handled large orders and dine-in customers smoothly. You can really tell they’re trained well in customer service. Although the place can get a bit packed, especially on weekends or during lunch and dinner times, the team kept the queue moving without making anyone feel rushed.

Now let’s talk about the food – absolutely delicious. I ordered the Chickenjoy with Jolly Spaghetti, which is their signature combo. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The gravy was rich and flavorful – I had to ask for an extra serving! The Jolly Spaghetti is sweet, meaty, and nostalgic – definitely something different from your usual spaghetti.

The outlet itself was clean and well-maintained. Tables were cleared promptly, and the air-conditioning gave a much-needed break from the heat outside. There’s enough seating for small groups and families, though it can get crowded during peak hours. I'd recommend visiting during mid-morning or mid-afternoon if you want to avoid the rush.

This is one of the worst burger I’ve ever tried in my whole life. We ordered “Aloha Yumburger” and “Chicken Joy” - rice with 2 pcs of chicken. Oh dear me, the size of chicken was so tiny that we thought it’s a kid’s happy meal. Rice was so plain, dry and no fragrance at all. French fries were cold. Burger was dry like desert. The pineapple which comes with the burger is bitter (I’m a pineapple lover) and I don’t understand the combination of this burger menu. The only thing that is nice is the cola. A week ago me and my friends decided to eat at this place, and CASHIER named RUSENA Please anyone who responsible TRAIN staff kamu yg biadap begini. SERIOUSLY ! How many mores complaint do customers have to write here ??? Tiada pun Perubahan, We came to eat but your staff layan kami mcm kami minta makan free, out of nowhere rushed padahal that time kami ja yg beratur tiada customer pun literally just us, but this girl named RUSENA its giving attitude with her annoyed face.
