Bar.B.Q Plaza @ Gurney Plaza — Restaurant in George Town

Well I had just Ordered a Couple of Katsudon with Garlic Fried Rice from this place in the FoodPanda app, despite an extra 30 mins wait which I dont mind btw. BUT what I do mind is that after the food has been Delivered I've been left with Cool Rice thats doesnt taste like Garlic BUT taste FULL OF COOL LARD that stick to the Spoon and Dried UP Chicken that looks like a 5 year Old that left Unattended and Has Been Cooking it for over an Hour till it Shrunk Double it Size and top it off with teriyaki sauce. The only edible thing about the Katsudon is the Coleslaw ONLY. Clearly This is NOT the Chef/ Cooks or Service fault but Owners Of the Shop Pls MANAGE THE FOOD...

Love their food (especially the sauce!), the service and the SOP arrangement. Their service is great and try to take care of everyone customer.

But one minor improvement needed is the hygiene and cleanliness of their table and cutlery. The table still have the oil stains left by the previous customer and the cutlery isn’t very clean (refer photos)

But don’t get me wrong, I will still go back to this restaurant, I just can’t resist...

Ordered two set, chicken set and beef set. The chicken is cut into large pieces, which took the longest time to be fully cooked. Not satisfied with the service.
