Everything is good but only the service crew at the counter I've tried using FAVEPAY only once at this bakery and it would be my first and last using FAVEPAY IN YOUR BAKERY. When customers saw there's e-wallet they would likely to use it because of cash back given. And the service crew there is truly so rude to the max in front of me and other customers saying bad about the customers why use FAVEPAY so many problems this and that on their counter. And the crew even said it badly like ask the customer don't use and it's problematic cause need to do extra work in the computer. I request for the white plate to put my bread.. after request verbally for 3rd/4th time in front of your “weird” staff, I only manage to get his “response”…
Then I purchase for 4 pieces of cake, this “weird” staff attempted to put the cakes into 4 small boxes.. expect me to have more than 4 hands to carry the cakes and bread I bought?
After made payment via credit card, I am expecting to get a receipt from him.. but after he pressed the amount on the credit card device, then he suddenly walk away.. I full of question mark...
