Duck Meat Koay Teow Thng — Restaurant in George Town

Located in a pre-war house along Seang Tek Road, you'd be forgiven if you pass by the shop without realising it was there. It's a very small eatery with the Koay Teow Thng stall located outside of the tiny dining area inside the shop.

Parking along Seang Tek Road can be a bit of a challenge, and you might need to walk a bit in order to get here.

Apart from the Duck Meat Koay Teow Thng, the stall also offers braised chicken feet as well, which is very nicely done. The main attraction, the koay teow thng, is a very hearty bowl of flat rice noodles in a rich soup and laced with slices of duck meat and other condiments, ensuring you get a very satisfying bowl of goodness.

Prices are ridiculously cheap, and start from as low as RM6 per bowl, and that might explain the long lines outside the stall.

Went there on 12:26pm while the google opening time on Saturday is 11:00am. Stand outside for quite sometimes yelling for people to response. Nobody standing the near the store and the gate to indoor is not lock. Awhile later, a lady said 1pm. Too bad can wait for another 30 mins so went for Wooi Beef Koay Teow.
