Read moreThis is one of the rare occasions where I’ve given such a low rating to a restaurant.
Parking: The parking situation is inconvenient as the restaurant is located in a hotel and service apartment complex. Hotel guests have to drive all the way to the 6th floor to park, which is tedious. I’d recommend parking at Lotus, which is just in front of the building and much cheaper than parking in the hotel.
Food: For the price of RM138+ (promo 10-course meal), the food was very underwhelming with no wow factor. The dishes felt ordinary and lacked uniqueness. Most disappointing was the pace—finishing the 10 courses took 3 hours, which is far too long. Additionally, the waitstaff didn’t bother explaining the dishes, leaving us guessing. FYI 1 of the photos with 2 sushi is considered as 2 course.
Environment: The ambiance was decent, but the choice of background music (Chinese New Year songs) felt completely out of place for the setting.
Service: I pre-ordered a birthday cake with “Happy Birthday” plating, but they served just the cake, completely ignoring my request. After waiting nearly 3 hours to finish the meal, this was especially disappointing. I also don’t understand why the dishes took so long to prepare since they didn’t seem complex at all.
Overall, it’s not worth trying. Save your time and money for a better dining...
