Tucked away in the bustling streets lies a hidden gem for vegetarians, a Chinese Vegetarian Restaurant that promises not only delectable dishes but also a seamless dining experience. Upon taking a seat, the unique ordering system catches my attention - each table equipped with an order chit, inviting guests to jot down their culinary desires. With a friendly cashier ready to assist, placing the order is a breeze, followed by prompt payment and anticipation for the feast to come.
The wait proves worth it as the dishes arrive, starting with the Bak Kut Teh stealing the spotlight with its generous portion and impeccable flavor. Despite my best efforts, I find myself unable to finish the Vietnamese Style spring roll, a testament to the restaurant's commitment to satisfying appetites.
What truly sets this establishment apart is its affordability, offering a culinary journey without breaking the bank. The self-service approach, where utensils are obtained at the counter, adds a touch of convenience to the dining experience, allowing patrons to focus solely on relishing the flavors before them.
In line with modern conveniences, the restaurant accepts both QR pay and cash, ensuring a hassle-free transaction for all. With an array of tempting dishes waiting to be explored, a return visit is inevitable, eager to sample more of the tantalizing offerings that adorn the menu. Until then, the memory of the mouthwatering delights will linger, beckoning me back for another unforgettable...
Read moreI’m the vegetarian and my husband is the carnivore so it was always a bit of a gamble going to a vegetarian/vegan only restaurant, but it’s fair to say that we were both well and truly blown away with the whole experience. As soon as we walk in we were made to feel at ease. The staff were very attentive, without being pushy, and helped us with our choices. It was a little bit quiet because it was early evening and had just started raining but we were still very pleased with speed at which the food came to our table. We had ordered 5 of the more popular dishes and each one was explained to us in detail. So the food itself. Without going in to the details of individual dished we were both taken aback with the variety of taste’s and textures (yes, my husband the carnivore included). You could tell that everything was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. It’s a must for anyone who is veggie or vegan but more so the carnivores should go in with open minded because it’s tastes, textures and smells that really count with any food. I would definitely...
Read moreThis place is well worth the price. They have 3 entrances that specialize in different things, all part of the same store front—go to the entrance on the right hand side for the restaurant. Located in a quiet part of town, inside is quiet and peaceful, place is clean, and staff is friendly. Prices are the cheapest you’ll find for vegetarian food IN a building WITH air conditioning. I got the wanton mee for 7rm, large portion. The noodles and sauce were slick and delicious. There’s hot sauce and peppers at self service counter too if you want some condiments. I do wish there was a larger serving of the soy meat and veggies (perhaps this is why there were so many noodles to compensate), and I have had better soy meat elsewhere. I would definitely come back and try some of their other dishes though. The price is so worth it and the food is...
