Horrible customer service. Last dish came after half an hour after everyone finished their food. Our bill was close to RM300 at the shop as we ordered the most expensive items on the menu, and yet was scolded horribly multiple times for bringing in food from outside to let our overseas guests to try a bit of penang local food after dinner. We proceeded to clean up after ourselves and yet was scolded terribly and was not hospitable at all. If we knew outside food is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED, we would not have brought in even the tiniest snack. Just a polite notice or reminder would suffice to bring the message across for no outside food allowed. We don't deserve to be reprimanded and humiliated so heavily in front of other patrons and our overseas guests. We have been patroning this shop for years and this is how they treat their regular customers. Is this how we show overseas guests...

The food is good, average taste. The highlight is their dessert which is quite good. We have been here twice, the first time we meet the boss here. He is a friendly guy and chat with us quite a while.
Overall the price is at expensive side, compare to other similar restaurant or dessert house. But this is expected because this is a tourist area. Their ordering system is the 'scan qr to order' which might be harder for old ppl without phone or data connection.
