Since your shop is already new, you might as well get new employees. Customer service was really terrible, I specifically asked for “Double Scoop Junior RM15.50” but the employee gave me the RM24 one, I repeated a couple of times yet still the employee gave me the wrong one. The manager had to come to redo it & gave me the correct one.

Seriously, your customer service is very terrible & please ensure that your employees are well trained because YOU ARE SERVING...

Will never recommend here. Went over to buy the ice cream cake but need to ask the staff for more than 3 times to be served. It’s understandable that one of the staff is busy preparing for the new flav ice cream sample for the guests but another staff just sit and play with his phone. Are there rules that only certain staff can take the cake out from the fridge? Yet they even show me their unwillingness attitudes when I asked for the cake nicely....

It's a small but very clean and nice outlet. Friendly staff. First time visit. Had an awesome experience eating a delicious double scoop regular ice-cream of Jamoca Almond Fudge + Mint Chocolate Chip with Almonds Topping while chatting with my friends. Looking forward to try other flavours in...
