Unfortunately, the staff member was not only rude but also shouted at me in an unprofessional manner. This experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.

So far the worse branch I ever visited among all the Secret recipe I've visited. Was having issue with the QR code ordering system, requested for assistance but was told to just wait. I'm from F&B line and I've never experienced such terrible service. Due to app error and couldn't click on accidentally ordered 2 Tom yum and upon checking not even 5mins requested them if the one tom yum can be cancelled however was told food already ready. But took them another 15mins to serve my food. I demand an explanation from Secret Recipe management. Previously visited as my kids wanted to dine at Secret Recipe was told there was no more food available and only cakes available and that was at 7.45pm. Seriously!!!!!!!! Never once in my own F&B career heard such reasoning.
