Service was not bad they were polite despite it's setting in a coffee shop. Had the 1 pax set. They have different conbos. I took the one with veg and soup. Not sure if they change the type of soup? Mine was some melon carrot soup, it was ok but I would have preferred if the level of salt/msg can be reduced. Rice for 1 pax personally I think it's a bit too little. It might not be enough for guys. They do not have alot of rice sticking to the pot, so there's no rice wastage but also means there is a lack of the crispy slightly charred rice bits which is actually a key essence of claypot rice. The waiting time is around 20-30mins, it will be longer if it's crowded during meal time or weekend.
The good thing is you can order laksa, fruits or kuey teow kia (braised pork with bean curd, hard boiled egg, flat noodle, etc) in the same kopitiam(shop house hawker) while waiting.

Each portion is cooked to order so this may take a little long but it’s worth the wait.
This place gets busy during peak lunch hour and breakfast. So come off peak hours to avoid the wait.
