Place is nice and bright. Staffs are nice and polite. Drinks were good because they put aren sugar (palm sugar) so the taste kinda different than other coffee. But if you don't fond of sweet in your coffee I suggest don't stir all the sugar, just stir how much you like. Double down was crispy and yummy, however crispy chicken toastie just average, does not have extraordinary taste and lack of sauce, have to request if you want more sauce. Cheezy tasted better than korean, for me. And mac & cheese aussie beef taste kinda weird for me or it was just me. I don't quite prefer it. But all was plain...

Very bad service by drivethru staff. My first time experience bad drivethru service like this. Staff mcm baru habis sekolah and no manner toward customer. When ordering she replied with "haaaa" " kenapa dgn seasaltchocchip tu" kind of word toward your customer? If tak berminat nak bekerja give to others yg berminat nak bekerja. Klau betul nak bekerja learn how to work as frontline customer service staff. She treat customer like never be train by senior or other incharge. Went to this branch for the first time and ordered pickup. I was asking a cashier about the sauce. But she just replied with quite annoying attitude while squatting down at the cashier. I was the only customer at that time and while waiting, heard one of them singing, laughing (quite annoying). For me you supposedly have to ‘greet’ customers with at least thank you or smile at them. Don’t treat them less. I’m more prioritize service even if the food is delicious.

Overall the food was good as i ordered regularly....
