Kept coming back for their kakigori simply because they're just the best I've found, at the moment. The drinks? Not a fan. Not too sweet, and for desserts it is not too heavy, the flavours are smooth topped with the salted cream that goes so well to complement the sweet. Oolong kakigori & mango kakigori passed the taste ✅✅ Oolong kakigori is like frozen oolong milk tea. And I feared the mango kakigori since mango desserts are usually super sweet/sour but surprisingly this is not. It is super creamy, not sour with rich mango flavour.

The chocolate kakigori isn't very interesting though, didn't like the pretzel topping and the stingy one piece smol blueberry on top? Like I will just laugh at it. The cocoa isn't strong, it tasted like tea mixed with cocoa??? Super diluted chocolate in a tea container flavour.

Service is non existent, they only serve you at the counter. Tables outside are not cleaned and the chairs are put away and folded at the side. Do you want customers to sit or are you closing? Or do you want customer to take their own chair? But your tables are dirty? Idek man, confusing. We even brought our own dessert bowls back to your counter...

The story starts like this, that’s one staff tell me to order the large size binsu so I can get the voucher. The prize of the voucher is free one passion fruit yogurt. Okay here is normal but when I come to redeem the voucher guess what the staff said, “oh I’m so sorry the voucher was expired” WHAT A FOOL. How come I come without knowing the voucher was expired, even idiot will just troll the voucher. The truth is they didn’t even even even state ANY of the EXPIRED DATE on the voucher. LOLLLLLL THIS MAKE ME LAUGH. This is the first time I going through a stupid situation like this. The staff even told me that the company has announced when is the expired date on their company instagram. But when I get the voucher the staff didn’t told me anything they just said u can use the voucher when you come next time. Who will follow their instagram?Know what I came from so far, the boss just told the staff to perfunctory me by adding the toppin when I purchase a binsu. They should just state on the voucher. Ordered take away the 金观音milk tea, they handed me a cup without sealed properly ! When I try to shake the cup before wanted to put the straw on it to drink, it spilled out and make a mess of my car and my pants , I checked carefully what happened to the cup , ended up saw the cup not sealed up properly? (As picture 1 )🤯I have to spend half an hour to clean and check the areas might get affected! How could this even happened ?
