However, what made me unhappy was the staff’s attitude towards their own mistakes. Here’s what happened: when I was placing my order, I specifically asked staff A whether the cheese was also unlimited, and staff A answered: “Yes, unlimited.” Based on this information, we decided to order the cheese. But when we later requested a replacement, staff B told us that the cheese could not be replaced. Then another staff member, C, came to discuss with us. We emphasized that staff A had told us the cheese could be refilled, but staff C insisted that it could only be ordered once, not unlimited.
My main point is: why give wrong information in the first place, and then make customers pay for the staff’s mistake? Yes, I already ate it, and I can follow the “new” rule and pay for it, but there was absolutely no compensation offered. During the discussion, there wasn’t even a proper apology — just a fake smile and excuses.
We couldn’t identify who staff A was at that moment, and staff C’s expression almost seemed like he was mocking us for “falling for it.” He even asked: “Who told you that? Which staff?” and said, “If this was refillable, then everyone would order it~ (laughing).” I mean, what’s the point of that? Whether other customers order it or not has nothing to do with me. The issue here is solving the problem, not questioning the customers.
This makes me strongly suspect that this is a deliberate trick: first telling customers that it’s unlimited, then later saying it’s not refillable. If not, then it’s definitely poor staff training. Either way — very...

A Korean premium self-cooking buffet restaurant. If you are one to try something new, then this is it. A concept similar to what we all know since young, Seoul Garden, but with a twist.
The location is well placed and quite obvious. Near an escalator and located at the top floor, it's quite easy to spot. Let's dive in.
Food: We would say that the food is yummy and there are instructions on how to make it taste nice. You may even mix around to finetune to how the taste you want it to be.
Service: Staff was attentive and share with us what the restaurant entails. The down side is probably there instructions can be fine-tuned better with a pictures, as a form of publicity. Jz felt that staff being too close in sharing the instructions wS Abit of a turn off.
Atmosphere: The place is rather well-spaced, doesn't really restrict movements. And they even have a waffle maker, which makes it more exciting at the thought of it. They also have Oden and fried chicken! Yayyyy
Overall, the place is a good way to bring friends and families to chill and have a meal. Recommended for a small...

Based on the sign at the front, I was expecting to pay the promotional price of RM33.80++. There was no fine print. Only when I was making payment after my meal that I was told that since I was eating on my own, I had to pay the regular price of RM39.80++. When I confronted the cashier, he pointed to the minuscule fine print on the table’s informational sticker that no normal person would read, which stated that there was a minimum of 2 people required to enjoy the promotional price. Nowhere was it stated upfront that the promotional price does not apply to solo diners. How do you expect people to know that when you place the fine print INSIDE the restaurant itself? Any terms and conditions should be made known to the customer before they enter the restaurant, so that they will be able to make an informed choice. Failing to do so is just unethical and dishonest.
