Really unsatisfied with the service and you know what they give an expired (21-11-2021) ranch sauce for the nuggets. 1st they give a super dirty look of ranch sauce packet. When I said dirty and give it the cashier. She said sorry and give a new one. Later when I open the sauce, the sauce doesn't look as the same as we always get at Texas outlets. When I turn the sauce cap, it shows the items have been expired. Oh what a superb way of people handling this mistake. There is a big box full of expired ranch sauces. And the supervisor didn't check it out before despatch to the front counter to be served for customer. Neglect their responsibilities and try to food poison every customer isit. I went at night for dinner. How about the customers who came earlier on the day?? I'm sure they didn't realise the expired sauce. Okay.. this is a serious attitude issue. Staff named NURUL SYAFIQAH BINTI ABDUL RAHMAN, we so rude. Another Chinese customer before me took some extra time to decide what to order, hence she rolled her eyes. When the customer ask for a specific part of the chicken, she say if have I'll give in a high tone of voice. When I ordered she was so agitated and she immediately start packing the food like we wasn't welcomed. Worst of all she was slamming the food in the box, I know the difference between being fast and just agitated with her work. She just put my food on the counter and continue packing rest of the food. Dining experience: Sink not working - already be mentioned by cashier but when I see review from 1 month ago, the sink is still not fixed. Dining area is dirty and full of rubbish.
