KFC in Malaysia is definitely more affordable and somehow nicer than Singapore. (4 stars for the food)

Service in this outlet as usual, slow. Taking their own sweet time probably forget that they are called FAST FOOD? Waited very long for today food order (at least 30mins) and while waiting, asked one of the staff, she replied “waiting for the chicken”

Like OMG, manager not managing his/her team well to ensure enough supply from the kitchen? And the other staff also taking their own sweet time to prepare the food, talking to delivery guys and even sneaking one burger and stuff to them. Mgt can check the camera for the above “accusation”. (27 Jun 2025 between 8.40-8.45pm)

Despite there was notice put up saying there’s no ice, but I do see bags of ice being carried in the kitchen and it wasn’t serve to customer so really wondering what’s that packet of ice is being used for?

And the outlet as usual one side always feel so warm while the other side not cold enough, making the dine in experience kinda not pleasant.

One Star – Absolutely Terrible Experience

I am beyond frustrated with my visit to KFC today. The self-order kiosk wasn’t working, and it took FOREVER. I stood there trying to figure it out while the workers just stood around watching, doing nothing. I even asked for help and was completely ignored.

When I finally went to the cashier, he was slouching, lazy, and incredibly rude. Zero effort, zero basic manners. I told him the kiosk didn’t register my RM44+ order, and asked if he could help me key it in manually. He messed it up, missed some drinks, and when I corrected him, the total came out to RM55+ for the EXACT same order. Makes no sense.

And the worst part? Not even a simple apology. No “sorry for the inconvenience,” nothing. Just laziness, rudeness, and absolutely horrible customer service from start to finish.

If your staff can't be bothered to treat customers with respect or even do their job properly, then why are they there? One star is being...

By far, the worst KFC outlet I have ever visited. Staff are obviously lazy and demotivated, moves chairs by dragging it on the floor causing serious noise pollution. Tables and floors are disgustingly oily, they seriously need to keep changing/cleaning the cloth and mop they use for cleaning. Zingee double down burger size was at least half the size of the normal Zinger Double Down standard from other outlets. It was uncomfortably hot inside due to air-conditioning issues. Some of the lights don't even work. Some of the furniture/structures/walls haven't seen soap in ages (dirty/dusty/oily).

KFC needs to look into the procedures, standard quality and practices done at this outlet because everything is seriously off from the so-called KFC brand. I feel more comfortable eating at a mamak man. What happened to this place? Probably because the outlet is too old? But still, it just received that Kentucky Fried Chicken kitchen facelift, why is it...
