Went all the way down from Singapore to buy the pineapple rolls. There at 10+am but they don't have stock. Didn't allow me to reserve too. Told me to wait till 2pm. Had nothing else to do except to wait. Come 2pm, the pineapple rolls I wanted was sold out. There were still some on the oven racks but they refused to sell and gave me a lecture saying if others from the evening crowd won't be able to buy. Hello??? U have a ready customer now!!! Came that far and waited almost 4 hours to be rejected!!! If it's cny, and they know a particular product is popular, shouldn't they increase production to avoid angry customers who left with disappointment. Saw some people buying 5-6 cans/person. They hoard so much while others don't even have 1!!! I'm never going in again.

I bought a can once in Dec. Light and not too sweet but pastry skin overrides the pineapple filling so it is alit plain. Nice on the first few but not that wow wow drop jaw nice to go in especially and...

Not recommended for CNY gifting if you don't mind to buy your own gift bag. #1 Cookies are no doubt tasteful #2 Cashier staff attitude is very poor. Bought 14 assorted bottles, was told you get a free large tote bag if buy above 12. Noticed all 12 bottles were all pack into the tote bag except for 2 larger tins of egg crepe in another transparent bag. Requested for paperbag and was given 3 but when I ask for 3 more as i needed 6, the staff said need to pay $1 per paper bag. In the end she gave 1 more after explaining again I'm gifting 12 bottles and need 6 paper bag. 🤦🏻‍♀️

#3 very rude staff, didn't expect a feedback can turn into a debate. Told the staff elsewhere does provide 1 bag per tin, moreover I just need 6 bag out of 14 bottles. She promptly reply no one would give 1 bag...

Queuing to buy their Nanyang pineapple tarts in City Square pop up store but was very upset by one of their staff shouting and ordering us. I queued there since 1.40pm and was not sure where to queue but she rudely replied that she’s couldn’t tell us where to queue??? My friend approached another staff but she was given a queue number at 1.40pm and managed to buy her tarts at 2pm. There are so many of us queuing at 2pm just to get the queue number tags. She also distributed the queue number tags unwilling and kept on shouting at us. She was the only staff there who was very unfriendly. The whole process to buy 2 cans of pineapple tarts...
