Seoul Garden @ KSL City Mall — Restaurant in Johor

This is the only Seoul Garden in JB we would dine at! We came here 6 times the past year and their services never failed to amaze us everytime. Been to all of the other outlets in JB and the service, athmosphere and cleaniness wasn’t as good as the one here.

Shoutout to the manager ‘Busa’, not sure if I heard his name correctly. Out of the 6 visits, I think he served us at least 3 times and each time we visited we have hoped that he would be around because his recommendations made us fall in love with the food and since then we would only get the superior option!

The other staffs were very attentive as well as to always ask about changing our sheet or clearing the table. Although they seemed overwhelmed some times, they never failed to smile.

They had remained consistent the past year and especially the manager Busa is a real gem! He oozes with passion with every recommendation that he spoke of and never a visit with him around was short of expectation. We can see that his passion has made an impact to the team and we felt it as well! Kudos to Seould Garden KSL...

Service The front man staff (customer service) and the team are very friendly. He explained the buffet type one by one and the soups carefully and made sure the customer understood and got the best of their interest.

Food Shabushabu: We take ginseng soup, fish soup, mala and creamy for soup base and they are AWESOME!

BBQ: Whenever the paper are started to burnt and we lift up our hands, the team are very attentive and quickly changes the paper. Well it can happen a few times during the 2 hrs meal. Whenever we order in the special menu, they will send it to us pretty fast (approx 5mins or less).

I’m giving Seoul Garden at KSL a full 5 stars, mainly because of their excellent service. We arrived a little late for dinner, with only about an hour until closing, and noticed that some of the food items were no longer available. Despite the late hour, the staff went out of their way to prepare fresh items for us. It was really considerate and made us feel valued as customers.
