I’d like to share my bad experience here. I visited this outlet last Friday around 2:30 PM. We were there and ordered a meal for our toddlers: chicken rice with gravy. My husband made the transaction at the self-checkout machine and brought the receipt to the cashier counter, which was being handled by the supervisor.

He requested that the gravy be served on the side because one of our sons is a picky eater and doesn’t like gravy on his rice. However, our youngest son is fine with it and needs the gravy, as the rice would otherwise be too dry for a 2-year-old to eat.

With a blank expression and a dismissive attitude, the supervisor simply said, "No." My husband returned to the table and told me the rice would come with gravy, as the staff repeatedly refused to honor the request, even though he explained that it could just be placed on the side of the plate (we were dining in, by the way) without needing a separate container.

I was upset because this had never been an issue at other outlets, such as Lotus Setia Tropika and a few others.

We decided to cancel the order, and here’s where it got worse. She said the order couldn’t be canceled because the payment was made through the self-order machine. We waited for a long time, and she still refused to void the transaction. I approached her and explained that if the request couldn’t be accommodated, they should allow us to cancel the order. After much frustration, she finally gave us a cash refund instead of reversing the card transaction.

Today 3/6/2024 I ordered five meals for my family, staff near the machine were polite and cheerful ( I don’t know their names but the lady Rastiqa). There is one lady who prepared the food she was with angry face to the customer, honestly she didn’t do anything wrong to me. I just want to say to the management it is your opportunity to take the advantages of boycotting other restaurants and raise the standards of staff, food and the even the way of delivering food. The second thing, some pieces of chicken are not eaten mostly bones. It is not far to give the customer two bones of Chicken 🐓 🍗. Overall my experience was good but I saw my negative feedback maybe they had bad experience but the management should apologize and reply back to increase the reputation and looking forward to seeing more...
